UI Wiki Studio Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UI Wiki Studio’s website and services (collectively, the “Platform”). UI Wiki Studio is operated by Omega Orion Pvt. Ltd., the legal entity responsible for providing the service. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date payment information

• Authorize recurring charges for your chosen subscription plan

All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Use of Delivered Work

Designs, assets, or materials created by UI Wiki Studio as part of the service (“Deliverables”) may be used in your business or product projects.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute Deliverables as standalone assets

• Claim authorship of the underlying design systems or processes

• Use Deliverables in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

Any specific licensing or usage limitations will be communicated as part of your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to designs, text, visuals, branding elements, workflows, and software, remains the intellectual property of UI Wiki Studio or Omega Orion Pvt. Ltd., unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

• Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the security of the Platform

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities

Termination

UI Wiki Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if your actions pose a risk to the Platform or business operations.

Disclaimers

The Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. UI Wiki Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free delivery, or specific business outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UI Wiki Studio, Omega Orion Pvt. Ltd., and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UI Wiki Studio, Omega Orion Pvt. Ltd., and their team members from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law
